"Colors were spot on"
I’ll admit, I kind of assumed the colors might look a little different in person, but they were just like the photos on the site. Maybe even a bit nicer once I saw them in real life. Really happy with the order, and I’m glad there weren’t any weird surprises.

I picked up a bag from consuelastyle.com i’ve been really happy with it. It’s super easy to carry, and the strap doesn’t dig into my shoulder like some bags do. Even when I toss in my wallet, water bottle, and all the random stuff I somehow always need, it still feels light. I’ve used it for quick errands and for a full day out, and it never got annoying to wear. Prettyyy pleased with it so far...

"Lovely shop with really nice staff"
I popped into the store last weekend and had such a nice experience. The lady who helped me were really kind and didn’t make me feel pressured at all, which I appreciated. She helped me figure out the right size and gave me a honest opinion too.
The clothes looked even better in person, and the shop was clean and easy to look around. Checkout was quick as well, so the whole visit felt really smooth. I’d definitely shop here again

"I wasn’t totally sure what to expect..."
I wasn’t totally sure what to expect, but the bag feels really sturdy and the colors look great in person. I’ve only used it a bit so far, but it seems like good quality.

I wasn’t totally sure about it at first, but it actually turned out nice for what I paid. It’s not super fancy or anything, but the quality feels decent and it looks good, you know? Delivery was fine too, nothing to complain about. I’d probably buy again if I found another style I liked.

The website pretty much works, and I was able to find most of what I needed, but the layout feels a little all over the place. A few pages took waaay more clicks than I expected to get where I wanted. It’s not bad or anything, just feels like it could be smoother and easier to browse

"Cute design, but a little cluttered"
The design is really cute, and I do like the overall look... but some of the pages feel a bit cluttered. It also doesn’t always feel super smooth when moving around, so the experience could be better.

There was a lot to choose from, and they actually had the sizes I needed too. I always like seeing what other people are picking before I decide, and it seemed like there were plenty of popular options, so that made it easier to feel good about my choice

Overall, it does look nice, and most of the stitching seems fine. That said, I noticed a few uneven spots and some loose threads, which felt kind of unnecessary for something at this price. It’s not awful by any means, just not as neat or polished as I was expecting. I’d call it average

"A bit heavier than I was hoping for"
I probably should've paid closer attention to the weight before buying it, but it ended up feeling heavier than I expected. It’s not unusable or anything, but for daily use it just feels like a bit too much to carry around comfortably.

"Great gift, super easy pick"
I bought a bag from Consuela Style for a birthday gift, and it was a hit. The colors were fun without being too over-the-top, so it felt a little more personal than just a basic bag. Shipping was fine, it wasn’t crazy fast, but it got there okay. I’d probably give it 5 stars if the gift packaging had been a bit nicer...

"Easy exchange, just a little slow"
I had to exchange my bag for a different color and it did take a few days before I heard back from them, which was a little annoying, but once they got back to me they handled everything smoothly and the return process was easy enough, so even though it wasn’t the fastest experience I’d still say it was a good one overall...

From what I remember when I first got it, I thought cleaning would be simple, but it ended up taking a little more effort than I expected. The care instructions weren’t as clear as I’d hoped, so I had to kind of figure things out as I went.

"I really liked how this looked when it…"
I really liked how this looked when it arrived, and the colors were super cute. But after just a few weeks of normal use, the stitching started coming loose and the corners already looked worn. For the price, I expected it to last longer. I also got kind of annoyed because when I asked about it, the answers I got weren’t very consistent, which made the whole thing more frustrating. It’s not completely terrible, but I probably wouldn’t buy it again.
